Worst insurance company ever!

Was in an accident on the 5th of December. Received the most disgusting service on the phone thereafter while trying to find out if I had car hire on my policy. It is now the 10th of Jan. Yesterday when I phoned to try and find out what is going on with my claim they had put the repairs under the wrong company and therefore nothing was being done. She said she would correct it and by today all with be sorted.

I phoned the panelbeater today and they have still not received authorisation from 1st for women. Been without my car for over a month. While speaking to a consultant over the phone he was looking at someone else's policy and not even mine.

Very unprofessional and I will advise anyone against using 1st for women.
