WORST INSURANCE AND SERVICE EVER!

I was involved in a car accident in the early hours of Friday, never received a call nor assistance as they claim they would provide, had to call them almost twice during my trauma. Not only that, the towing call later, and close to business hours I was informed that my claim was rejected and the car should be towed back to me. Days later I’m still calling in taking from one department to another to retrieve the vehicle and everyone is telling me a different story.
