WORST INSURANCE

I honestly wish I could give a -5 star rating. I have never in my life experienced such bad service. I have a claim pending since FEB 2025 - each and every "mechanic" 1st for Woman wants to send my car to has the absolute worst ratings and customer service, the last place that quoted to fix my car quoted us on SECOND HAND PARTS - when I enquired with 1st for Woman what gives them the right to fix my car and use second hand parts the phone was put down in my ear and I have not heard from them since.
