Worst Experiene with First for Women

I had a insurance with First for women but when I got into an accident and I called for a tow truck they all of a sudden could not find my policy on their system. I was injured in the accident and i was going back and forth with the company just to get me a tow truck to tow me to safety. I had to call for an ambulance myself and they had to wait with me till I could get a tow truck. Two hours later the agent called and gave the tow truck driver authorization to tow my car to Renew-it in Bedfordview as it was their holding yard. When I got out of hospital and i tried to locate my car it took me another 2 weeks to find my car. The company claims that they never gave authorization for the car to be tow there even after I send them a voice recording of the agent that gave the authorization. I had to pay Renew-it R6000 to get my car back and they blatantly refuse to refund me. These adverts that they show on tv about guardian angels, tow truck service etc is a lot of ******* because they sell their product to women to make them feel safe when they in an accident/incident and I could not even get a basic thing as a tow truck to get my car to safety.
