WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

This is the worst insurance, the service is horrible because they lie for you to shut your mouth and not call them. They fixing my car and it's gonna be 2 months now and it's only fixing lights

I will never recommend the insurance company to anyone, they never call you back and there is this robot Rachel you have to get through before you can speak to a human. You have to repeat yourself soo many times, horrible experience.

I still can't get a hold of them, been requesting call backs, but they call and drop the call.

Whoever gets this review, I AM NOT PAYING ACCESS for this horrible service because the panel beater you use as as useless as you guys. My car have been with VW for the past 3 weeks and they still CAN'T fix 1 LIGHT.
