Worst experience ever

I have joined the insurance since 2009 but i had an accident a week back & it's my first claim since then & i am not assisted , when i call them for follow up of the claim they keep telling me to wait for 2 days . My policy stated that if my car is beyond repairs i will get latest model but now they are telling me that it changed in January which i was not aware or informed about it .
