Worst experience ever

There is a reason why they have 2.9 rating . The worst experience ever from Monica to the manager and whoever is responsible for assessments. They honestly do not deserve even 1 start rating. 4 days later my claim is still waiting there .You get only one sentence reply saying we will give feedback urgently 6 hours later you still have to call them back. Monica who is supposed to be assisting me disappears the whole day and no one can find her she never 👎 answers her phone. Why do we pay premiums if no one really knows their Job here . A full month just for a bumper to be replaced. Wrong 😑 assessments done over WhatsApp quote less than the damages when repair is done and additional charges sent to them no one wants to pay or reopen claim. call 10 times you still can’t get assistance.
