Worst experience ever!!

I CALLED for road side assistance with a low battery at 19:40 and no one came or called me for feedback and I only got a call back at 23:09 when I was home sleeping already to ask if I still need help! What exactly did I pay for if I can't get something as simple as road side assistance at night as a WOMAN!! My premium has gone down the drain!
