worst experience EVER

I cannot express the disappointment I have with my current insurance. I have had a claim under them since July 27 till date and it hasn’t been resolved.

They towed the car after it was through assessment and sitting at home for 3weeks. They took the car to Automagic and was advised that the car was being taken to KIA Strydom Park. I received an sms that the car should be done by the 7th of September 2018. I just called Auto magic and they advise me that they need at least 4 to 6 weeks with the equipment to fix the car. I have never been told of this and I had to call to enquire about this approx.. 4 days before the car is due. I have no mode of traveling and this has differently been so strenuous on me. I just need my car fixed and back. This is unacceptable.
