Worst experience

Absolutely ridiculous. My debit order date is the 26th of each month. I canceled my policy on the 20th, only for the debit order to have come off on the 21st. 1st problem, why are you debiting if I have canceled (I have the confirmation email). 2nd. I have had a look at my payment history and first for women debits whenever they feel like it. The policy clearly states debit order date as the 26th. Yet my payment history has been debited between the 20th and 21st of every month. I did not authorize this. Absolutely ridiculous. Ffw should be reimbursing me as I was not covered for the full month. I will never recommend this to anyone
