Worst experience after car accident
Worst experience after being involved in a car accident on the 20 February the panic button did not work and the agents were nonchalant and the panel beaters are the worst they are still waiting for car parts till date. I had to beg for my vehicle to be collected and nothing has been done till date they are still waiting for car parts. I am highly disappointed and would not recommend 1st for women.

We are truly sorry for the distressing experience you have had following your accident on 20 February. We understand how overwhelming and frightening such situations can be, and we deeply regret that our panic button service, agent support, and repair process fell short when you needed us most.

The delays with vehicle collection and repairs, as well as the lack of progress from the panel beaters, are unacceptable and understandably frustrating. Please know that we take your concerns very seriously.
Your case has been escalated, and our team will carefully investigate what went wrong and work to ensure that you receive the support and resolution you deserve. We will be in contact with you to provide further assistance and feedback.
Once again, we apologise for the disappointment and inconvenience caused.
