Worst customer service experience

I so disappointed by the kind of service I received from 1st for women especially from their claims department. You call for hours and no one bothers to take your call. My worst nightmare was dealing with Lehlohonolo who is so cold hearted and zero understanding of customer service. The worst thing was when he called me while I was in a meeting and I asked him to call after 30 minutes he told me straight that he will not call me again. So I had no choice but to excuse myself and take his call. I will be canceling my insurance with first for women and thank to Lehlohonolo from claims department
