Worst Customer Service Ever
This is the most pathetic customer service ever received. I decided to cancel my policy immediately. I had to wait 6 days to get the results from my claim. And to date no one from FFW called me, I had to call them everytime to get an update on my claim.I had storm damage at my home and when I claim I was informed my claim is rejected as the IBR is not according to standard. What utter nonsense is that.... I had enough of First for Woman. I will not recommend this Company to anyone
