Worst comster servce in history of 1st for Women ever

I contact 1st for woman about an accident that happened. At first the process was looking good. But when I got my car back and the damage had not been repaired not only that they had caused even more damages to my vehicle like damaging the radio, parking brake light, bumper and head liner in the car. I contact them about this and also spoke to the dispute department and was promised that they would have this resolved with in 4 to 7 working days. On the 10 day for them not contacting me back I had to get a hold of them. More empty promises where made. I was told that all the damages would be fix. Waited another 2 days to hear when bust still got nothing back. So in total been waiting more than 14 days. This excludes the week that my wife was also given empty promises and emotional trauma where she cried as they where been blatantly nasty and rude at the repair enforced buy 1st for women. If I have to accumulate all the time to have a minor damage fixed you are looking at just over 19 days and still waiting to hear when my car will be fixed. If this is the service from this company then you can compare their service similar to a ******* that just gives empty promises and no adherence to timelines given by them and takes the money.
