Worst company in the insurance sector

I dont even have the words anymore. Can someone please refer me with contact details to the ombudsman please... My daughter has been on a mission to get her car repaired through an autohouse that her car was referred to.After three months of a hell ride she had her car given to her on thursday last week.The car is not 100% ,the brakes are not working which nearly cause her to be involved in another accident,her mirrors are cracked plus there is another whole lot of other issues with the car. How can the autohouse release the car without having completed the job. To get this car after three months was a whole huge scenario. And now that she received the car she cannot use the car. Its such a danger.....Please can someone refer me to some higher authorities that i can liase with and take this matter forward. We are totally fedup and on a breaking point where the only way out is to pursue legal action for the costs to be carried by first for women for the incomptetency on their part on having to send the car to this autohouse whom seem to know not much... Please guys think twice before taking out an insurance..You dont want to sit with a drama like this.. We are entering a fourth month and my child is sitting without a vehicle.....
