Worst company - First for women/Akasia autohuse

I had two reviews put up on hellopeter regarding my huge scenario my daughter has been having with first for women and Akasia autohouse.The accident happened on the 15th June 2022 and to date she hasnt received her car as yet putting her into a huge financial strain. She was promised her car on the 15th August which never materalised and then on the 2nd September 2022 which also did not materilaise. Now the ETA is the 19th of September. However after my second review on hellopeter she was asked by akasia autohouse to remove the complain from hellopeter and they will give her a courtesy car to acccomodate her,which was just a filthy lie. When the complain was removed they backed out only to say she must now pay for the courtesy car...So whats the point of having to say they were issuing her with a courtesy car.. This entire ordeal has left us speechless needless to say that i would love people to share this experience on social media so that if you have an insurance with first for women be prepared to experience this nightmare.Three months of a hell ordeal...They dont care about the welfare,inconvenience and the risk of a client. Worst company ever
