Worst company ever - Please DO NOT USE

This company is the worst ever. ***********, unprofessional people, are always in meetings and never doing the work. So many different departments that do not communicate with each other and there is always another department to blame. They lie to me about the process and how they are contesting the 3rd parties claim saying they have contacted the witness sometime ago but that is a lie as the witness was only contacted AFTER I spoke to recovery today. I have been with them for 15 years, this is my first time claiming and it has been the most unpleasant and frustrating experience.
