Worst Claims service ever!!

<p>My car was in an accident and a claim lodged on the 14th of MaY 2016. I HAVE DONE EVERYTHING FROM SIDE to provide information as well as assist their department to get previous insurers information as they were taking 3 weeks to get a response themselves. The claim was eventually finalised on week 4 and a towing company was meant to call me to tow the car. Week 5 - no response. No one called and my claim has still not been paid to me! Am I stupid to have insured another car with this company after the bad service im getting. When will my claim be paid!! Very good at sales but disgusting at Customer Service! </p>
