Worst Car Insurance Ever

I don't know where to begin with this insurance, I had an accident two weeks back and I'm still being taken back and forth about my policy and them rejecting my claim, they towed my car from the accident scene to their panel beaters and now that my claim is rejected I'm busy calling in to find out what must happen with the towing fees and storage for the panel beaters and no one is getting back to me I keep calling with promises to get a call back but nothing is happening on top of the stress I have that my car is broken and won't be fixed by the insurance I thought I had
