Worst car insurance company

The worst car insurance. I had an incident where by the complex gate closed onto my car. The next day I called them informing them and hoping they will assist in me in talking to the Complex Body Corporate to fix the damage. A week later I called again, they said I should log in a claim which I did. On the 30th November they call to say my claim is rejects because I have not been with the insurance for six months. I have been paying, never have I called for the guardian angle nor road assistance. So annoyed
