Worst cancellation process

Stay away from this first for women insurance, I cancelled my policy with them with effective date of 31 January 2021 midnight , but guess what the *********** consultant decided to effect the date of February 28th. I have called them to fix the date and refund my February money as they have already debited but they just keep on saying they will call back with no response. Please refund my money
