Worse Service & Useless Policy

I had a maintenance plan with the insurance company for more than a year now, however today I put my first claim for my car and it was decline by the insurance company reason being that the parts were not covered. I was surprised as when they sell me the product they indicated that they cover all the components of the car. So this sounded like a money making scheme from the insurance company therefore I decided to cancel it on the spot. I hope this was not done to me because I'm black. During the process of the cancelling the policy I was send from pillar to post by the employees of the company forgetting that when they proposed me to take the policy I was called by one person. For me this is one of the worse service ever experienced.
