Worse service from insurance company ever in my existence.

I am truly disappointed by 1st for women insurance. I submitted a claim on the 6th of Jan and it took them 2 weeks to approve and when they finally approved on the 14th they said they were gonna give me new phone worth R9000 and I have to pay excess of R1700 to the company that was gonna deliver me a phone but on the other hand I was supposed to receive value of R14000 that I was insured for… I then asked them to change it to claim card that’s when it took them another week to just do that and when they finally approved they said they were going to pay me in 2 to 3 working days. It’s been a week now and the lady Jabulile takes forever to respond and when she finally respond, she always promises to find out what’s going on with my claim and never comes back until I follow up again. Even yesterday I tried to communicate with her but she gave me same story (I will get back to you).
