Worse insurance to deal with

I joined Ffw in December 2023 and to date I am always being debited before my pay date. I called them several times to fixed the issue but it recurring monthly. It has cost me unpaid debit order charges. Prior to this they requested fitment certificate for my tracker of which I emailed it to them few times but they still went on and amended my premiums. I am tired of fighting with them.
