Worse insurance company to deal with

I have made a claim regarding detoriatation of food due to load shedding, that is happening worse I was away for a weekend when we came came the fridge was off due to power failure and everything was spoilt, I lodged a claim with 1st for women now they want proof of purchase like hell who keeps till slips even on there policy nothing state anything about keeping till slips I'm so disappointed I have to buy food again that I ddnt budget for, I'm canceling the policy the company is worse night mare when it comes to claims and their excess is always a ******* nxa
