Worse insurance company

I have been insured with First for Women for more than a year claim fre. I then had a leak in the ceiling from pipes from the geyser leading to other areas in the house. This occurred on 2 (two) different incidents This due to negligence on their rude and arrogant contractors. A further contractor came to change the geyser which was not really necessary as only the valve was bust. They did all these repairs by opening the roof tiles. With the constant rain I have had really bad leaks as they did not secure or place the roof tiles back properly. End result I have to employ the services of another contractor to repair their mess. They have the worst contractors rude and arrogant. They cost they insurance company unnecessary costs. In my claim was also not completed as I have damage to floor tiles which they refused to repair. Disgusting.
