Worse ****en insurer ever!!!

I am so ****ing ****ed at 1st for Women. I made a claim for loss items on 30 November 2021 and was assigned a consultant Ms Arendse. She contacted me and I gave her all the required information I could and she informed me that the claim will be sent to the quotations department and she will revert back with 2 days. She made contact on day 3 and asked me whether I am sure no members of my household had previous insurances because this will impact my claim negatively. I then responded with a no. She then told me that I was listed on my father's insurance and due to that and other issues the claim was rejected. I then complained and was assisted by Ms Tsomo from disputes. Ms Tsomo reviewed my claim and she then referred it back to the insurer stating that I cannot be penalised for my father's policy as he is not a member of my household. It is then back with Ms Arendse and she then goes to my place of employment for surveillance footage when I informed her at the beginning of the process that we donot have cameras in our office where we currently renting.

Correct me if I am wrong, but how far will 1st for Women go not to settle claims? First, she made me feel like a ******** and now it would seem I am a ****! If I had lost my jewellery in town, would she go to the CCT to get footage from every street camera? How is it that the very person I had issues with in the first place is now again handling my claim when her initial outcome was found to be unfair? How will she be unbiased in her outcome? I personally feel that Ms Arendse is out to proove a point to me because she is doing everything possible in order for the company to save money! I am cancelling my policy and moving somewhere else after I take this to the Ombudsman!
