Worse car warrant service provider

Hi im very disappointed with 1st for women motor warrant department ,i tried to call them from the 17th of january 2024 to submit a claim.they are not picking up their phone neither respond to my email.i tried to call the insurance side ,all im getting are empty promises from their consultants saying the have escalated the matter to the superior but nothing.it is been two weeks since my car is in the workshop waiting for claim approval.
