Work half done and problem not fixed

I had a claim for water that is getting into my house and causing damage. At the time when the claim was honored only the effects was fixed and I piad the excess.<br> <br> Now when it started raining again the damage is comming back. But due to sealing thst was done on the first claim he water is getting stuck in the wall. The water in the wall is getting to 3 ajoining walls and the paint is comming of all 3 now. Also there are cuboards against these wall which are now wrotting.<br> <br> The problem was never this bad until after the intial effects was fixed now it worse. It has been more than 6 months now if trying to get you to fix the mess you made because you did not address the problem intially.<br> <br> But now I am told you wont take responsibility for he cause becuase it is bigger than you anticipated!! If this is the case then you should have never agreed to fix the original claim...because now it just looks like you made the problem worse and now dont want anything to do with it anymore!!!<br> <br> Please FIX the water mess you made in my house, it is so bad it is effecting my electricity now as well!!! So it is going from bad to worse after the work that you did!!!!
