Wonderful service by First for Woman Insurance.

We had a home burglary recently in which my Wife was alone at home. She was tied up, threatened and traumatised by the burglars. Thankfully the culprits never hurt her, before leaving in her car with our valuables. Mr Conrad Erasmus was the assessor appointed to our claim, by our Home Contents Insurance Company, First for Woman (a Division of the Telesure Group). Mr Erasmus was extremely thorough in his report of the event, while always remaining sensitive to my wife's emotionally sensitive state. The claim was settled promptly, and we were constantly kept up to date with his progress. We would like to express our deep appreciation to Mr Erusmus and the First for Woman team. I would also like to single out Marlize, in the Claims Department, who lodged the claim immediately after the burglary. She was extremely kind and professional. I have had my Vehicle and Home contents insurance with the Telesure Group for over 10 years, and have always been impressed at the high level of service which I have received.
