Wonderful, helpful service

I had to deal with two claims, on behalf of my mother in the last 2 years. I have to say in both cases, I spoke to the most help full, friendly people on the other side of the phone. They made my job easier by being able to assist instantly and always followed up on my worries. What a breeze in a world where service became so frustrating.
