Won't stop unsolicited marketing

<p>I keep receiving sms from first fpr women advertising insurance and loans. In the same sms i am advised to sms STOP to 30697, which i begrudgingly did as i see no reason why i should spend whatever an sms costs to stop an action i never opted in for to begin with. i nonetheless sent the sms and received a message indicating i would be removed from their mailing list but that i might still receive one more message, which i should ignore, I have received 2 messages since i opted out in April and again in May.</p> <p>Please note that a failure to comply with this request constitutes a ******** offense in terms of section 45 of the ECTA and that the continued receipt of unsolicited communications may lead to prosecution. Additionally, I hereby request that you immediately disclose where you obtained my contact details, as per section 45(1) of the ECTA and/or section 22(1) of the POPIA.
