Women's endurance and flip the coin

Let me start by sending my highest regards to all the women of this country before the curtains go down on this women's month. I also would like to salute them for their tenacity in this perpetual exploitative patriarchal system. Furthermore to profusely thank them for bringing life and growing it to adulthood without deserving appreciation. They have endured persistent exploitation from teenage age, where they are(were) required to do all domestic c****s whereas the boy child go to play with his friends. In the job market they will be controlled by this patriarchal system irrespective of their qualifications. If they happen to occupy highest position within the organization they will be less remuneration than their male counterpart. They have pushed boundaries to do and occupy every single sector that was previously meant absolutely for men only and doing well. The system on the other hand doesn't appreciate the challenges brought by the women. Their promotions and progress within the organization that they are working at are in many instances not sustainable. Are women who are in corporate and reputable organizations supporting each other or stifling each other's progress. Are patriarchal system using other women to suppress women who are setting the trend In this economic system to perpetuate the exploitative agenda. Are women pulling together to challenge the system or enabling it to persist perpetually. In some instances corporate women will have relationships with this patriarchal system to perpetuate the exploitation of women. Will these come to an end
