WOMAN DONT COME FIRST WITH FIRST OF WOMAN SECOND

Why should woman be overwhelmed with First for Woman and have no satisfaction when dealing with them. A insurance company which advertise that they are the best for woman ,really make it woman seem very stupid t when it comes to claims.The car was in a accident more then 1 1/2's ago keep sending me into so many different direction that even I am confused now. The car had miner damage and now the wires have been detracted from my car. So in other words my car is now brainless.When you order a part the company will ask you for the VIN number to order the parts ,how do they get it wrong ?????? .I am so disappointed in the service I have received from your insurance ,please make sure that you use the correct people to fix cars as it seems the dump people cant get it right .
