With having to cancel my policy it has been a struggle in order to get through to someone, or even get any response from your emails. It's been multiple calls to your agents and not one have been able to assist me. I lastly got to Clinton who not assisted me to cancel my policy but as well has provided excellent service. I would recommend this advisor to anyone should they want to have a policy with FFW. This is an agent who is there for clients and I hope he gets rewarded for it. I might if things go well even move back to FFW at a later stage should he be able to be my advisor.
