Will never use them EVER again. You shouldn't either.

I've been with this company for little over a year where I have paid my instalments dutifully each month. Now that I need to claim on MINOR damage on my front passenger door (a dent) caused at my place of work caused by a learner (I am a teacher) during break, I am sent a pathetic email telling me simply that they will not pay. Take into account my damage will probably not even far exceed my excess amount of R4100. I am now cancelling this pathic excuse for insurance. The point of insurance is for help in times when I need them. I disclosed all truths about my car and all its uses and the fact that damage was caused at my job, not on the street or on andmccuratem location I did not disclose; it happened while behind locked gates as stated in my paperwork. Now I am told I have breach of contract or did not disclose information. They just simply refuse insurance. They are pathetic, I and cancelling and will SPREAD THE WORD ON THIS WONDERFUL CUSTOMER CARE.
