Why is first for woman still in business

Pretty sure that every single department in the entire organisation is ***********! Had an accident last year, took forever to get the car, now the next battle is on trying to recover my excess. And the worst thing is that no one wants to take accountability. Im not asking for you to help me out cause past experience has proven that im just wasting my energy on that. So can I just ask that you guys learn the business before getting into it!

Dear FFW, it's literally been a year now since my accident, something that wasn't even major. I am finally at the finish line of this process but you guys just don't want to finish it off. I have been waiting for my access to be recovered for so long now! Once again keeping with tradition there was some mix up Which pushed it back a month or so. But really guys, don't you guys want your money back too?? Please please please can you speed up this process and can I get my excess back.
