Why did I trust them so much when I bought the product.

Worst experience ever. Nice when they sell the product but when it’s time to deliver, they don’t care to follow up on repairs. They don’t care how you survive if repairs takes long to fix the car. They don’t follow or give full feedback on progress with repairs. When you get frustrated as why are they not helpful they are rude and never care on how you will survive transport wise after 30 days of rental has passed and the delay been with their repair of choice.
