Where is my car

My car car was towed from my house on Saturday as it had rim n ryre damage. I callee twice today no one knows where my car is. The details given to me by 1st consultant to call the service provider, I called them and they said my isn't there I called again and the lady told me she will call them but they are not picking up, she kept me on hold for more than 10min
