When it come for claims and services is very bad services

When it come for claims and services is very bad services. I joined 2014 for my Chevrolet I did claims first time the process it take almost a 3months it was very difficult to deal with them. Secondly I come cross with accident again 2019 i get the same problem they fix my car i paid my excess Until today I did not get my excess refunds from the thirty party. They told this earlier that they tried their best the case is close if i needs to take this case fether.I can so. It that time i was face my brake down of loosing my job depression level was very higher. Its het me so badly until today how can they just failed to give me the service 😞 😪
