What is wrong with First4Women Consultant?
I had a tyre burst on the 22 February 2015, my car was towed by my insurance to the panel beaters...I was given Daisy as a Claim Consultant to look after me, I was not happy with the way she treated me and I voiced out to her, I even asked her to transfer me to her Manager- instead she transferred me to the Manager of me Renew IT Edenvale, that was a shocking behaviour, I ended up complaining to Bheki (from FFW) who accommodated very well and linked us on Telecon, she moved on and I expected better service- I remember getting an sms from informing me about my excess of plus R11000, I then phoned the panel beater and my insurance enquiring about the amount and explained to them that I cannot afford to pay such a big amount, this amount was a shock to me as I was aware of R3800.00 excess since I joined. I asked to have my car back to my house or tyre fitting store (my tyres also insured with them), I was told Daisy would call as she was informed to call me via email- I personally called so many times- when ever I call she is busy and I was told she is the only one who can assist with the claim.

Its over 2 weeks now I have been waiting,I want to cancel today & prevent debit order
