What excess?!

WOW. I cannot believe that after 1 year and 2 months I still get the same response from their legal department when phoning THEM to follow up on my return on excess paid in Nov 2016.

If you do not follow up you receive no communication from them and only when you call you might receive a call back as they "try their best" to get in touch with guilty party's insurance company. I honestly do not even know what is the point of a legal department if they cannot effectively and vigorously fight for their customer considering the amounts being poured into insurance payments monthly.

Literally have nothing better to assure me with then "we have 3 years to recover your excess"....and by the looks of things they are taking full advantage of that fact. I have family and friends who have experienced far better service from various other insurance establishments under the same circumstances getting back their access at the latest within a year of waiting. If anything they experience better communication about the matter.

I have not been with them for long but thus far I am utterly disgusted at the lack of effort and legal force trying to recover my access. Limp responses and a very relaxed approach is what I feel is the case and from what I can see from other customers this is the norm.

I've emailed them days ago and yet still have not received 1x call or email back. Absolutely sick of this and if your considering them as a insurance option, take some time to look through their service history and ask around and SERIOUSLY consider a different company. I cannot help but feel frustrated and irritated when dealing with them about this matter.

I am horrified thinking that I am most certainly not the only one experiencing this and can only hope that I will receive my excess within this very convenient "3 year" period.

Noted. I work in hospitality hence why I emailed my concerns initially knowing that I would not be able to wait by the phone. Thank you for responding in a timely fashion, I am just curious as to why someone needs to post a public complaint for your team to suddenly be actively involved in getting in touch. Never the less I will be waiting for your response and in the event you fail to contact me DO email me so I can return your call. Thank you

So another month has passed and still no feedback on progress made after they acknowledged the fact that they handled my claim carelessly and with no urgency. Hoping to hear from them soon I'm sure as this method seems to be the only way they respond in a timely fashion. Can I please have some feedback with regards to my claim of Nov 2016.
