What a schlep to lodge a simple claim!!!!!

Hi There

This morning while lodging a claim telephonically I was transferred to the "plumbing dept", but they never answered the phone.

Then some rude woman answered, told me three times she was in the emergency and something department, and then unceremoniously put the phone down on me!! Extremely rude and unproffesional!! Then I installed the app, but the reference number I was given doesn't appear under my claims!!!! And I am certainly not going through the whole claim process again, or putting up with the long waiting time on the telephone, or that ****** horrible "music" that plays while one is holding on!!!

Since the "Contact us" option in the app takes "....up to 24 hours....." for someone to call me back, I figured that using Hellopeter would be way quicker to get some assistance!

And everyone gets to see what we have to put up with with FFW!!
