WHAT A RIPP OFF

On 17 November 2020,our geyser burst..my wife called 1st for woman to send plumbers to check it out,which they did.And only then were also told R1500.00 to be paid in excess wich we dont have.. As a maintenance guy myself i told them to leave it to me i will sort it out(SO HOW CAN THERE BE A CLAIM).. After getting KWIKOT serial number on geyser to check warranty i e-mailed electrolux myself in JHB(NOTHING TO DO WITH 1ST FOR WOMAN). KWIKOT told me warranty expired on 14th already,and they cant do anything,so i escalated the matter to a senior at KWIKOT asking and pleading for MERCY... It did not fall on deaf ears and the MANAGER called me to attend to my situation.. He was so nice and genuine,said he was gonna log a call for their plumbers to come and replace the unit at KWIKOT OWN COST(NOTNING TO DO WITH 1ST FOR WOMAN). Two days later KWIKOT plumbers came and replaced the unit...i still have the SERVICE CALL invoice of their plumbers... NOW,WHEN WE MUST GET OUR PAYBACK BONUS FROM 1ST FOR WOMAN,,THEY WANT TO TELL US IT WAS AN CLAIM OF R3700......HOW THE HELL CAN 1ST FOR WOMAN CLAIM CREDIT FOR SOMETHING I SORTED OUT MYSELF AND A MANAGER WHO HAD A GOOD HEART......I WANT 1ST FOR WOMAN TO PAY US OUR PAYBACK BONUS,,,AND EXPLAIN TO ME HOW THEY GOT THIS SO WRONG..... AND FOR THEIR INFO,,,,WE ALREADY LOOKING FOR OTHER COMPANY TO COVER US.......FEEL FREE TO CALL ME....***
