What a pathetic service from Clarressa Borman

I am highly disappointed in FIRST FOR THEM and I can't believe that I've been praising these ****** since 2013. I used to be confident about 1ST FOR THEM up until this year and I used to reject insurers that were even charge far less than what I'm paying with FFW because to me it was not about money, I thought FFW was the best insurance and clearly I was wrong. I've been going through all the complains and I can't believe that FFW still have Claressa Borman, what a pathetic service from her . That lady doesn't have a customer care service. On 16 of August I logged a complain about my fridge then FFW sent their service provider who did not even touch my fridge but came with internal leaking, I disputed their decline and they send people to collect my fridge, those people dented my fridge in front of me and I took some photos. I reported to someone that I have been chatting with on whatsapp and she/he never say anything about the incident, instead he/she putted pressure on me to deliver dented fridge without fixing it out. I also reported the matter on FFW but seemingly they don't care and they have been promising me to give a feedback but up until now. I have to call by myself to find out but still they don't give me a feedback. One of the consultant wanted me to take up with their service provider and I told him that I wont do such coz I have no business with those people. It's been three weeks now without a fridge, mind that I have a child that I suppose to buy her school food and store them in the fridge but I cant all because of FFW. FFW will look for every reason not to pay for your claim. Guys before you take FFW you need to be careful. All I want right now is my fridge without a dent, is that too much to ask?
