What a joke of a company. Bad client service

I have been sending emails requesting feedback on repairs on my car. I have sent numerous emails requesting assistance with the courtesy car as the supposed agent who is supposed to be calling me to update me on my claim cannot find the time to contact me with feedback. The updates that are necessary to be forwarded to Europcar about the courtesy car are not actioned costing me money and endless calls from them trying to get me to return the car.
I have made a lot of telephone calls and am always told that the responsible agent will be in contact with me.
Its now more than 40 days and I still don't understand what is taking so long with my car. Why am I not given feedback? Why do I continue to stay with this company when they clearly don't value my business.
My rights are being violated and no matter how many times I scream out for help, no one seems to care at First for women.
I took up insurance to avoid the kind of stress that I am currently under, but it seems like I chose the wrong company. They are instead doing the very same thing I was guarding against and don't even have the decency to tell me where my car is as it is not where I was told it was taken to for repairs.
