What a disappointment....

So I have been with First For Women for a year now.... I have never had a problem with them and I was happy. I moved in November last year and changed my address with the insurance and everything was fine then this month i get billed seperate for my tracking device which is part of my insurance and get told by tracking company that the insurance company stopped the payments to them. Firstly it took almost 4 days for First For Women to contact me regarding this issue then I get told it was something that was changed when the agent changed my address and it was the agents fault but she will change it but my premiums will now go up and i must just pay my tracking company this month! Now I'm confused! 1. I am getting my premiums raised for your agent/consultants mistake? 2. I must pay my tracking company for your mistake and i must pay them almost 3 times more the amount for my device than I should have been paying if the job was done right. 3. I moved and my address was changed in NOVEMBER but this is an issue now in FEBRUARY! Then I get told by the consultant that she can not give me an answer to the questions she does not know what happened. Well that does not help me. Then to top it all off I get the phone put down in my ear. Well thank you! I really don't think my premiums should be raised for your mistake. I defenitely don't think it is my responsibility to make payment to tracking company when I am paying you to do that. I think this needs to be sorted out soon!
