Water damage, no beds or feedback for C2 weeks

On Sunday 29 October we had a hail storm and it rained inside our house, everything got wet. We reported it on Monday morning and I supp**** them with video of the incident. They sent an assessor on Thursday 2 November, they took most of our damaged goods, including all the beds, that was still dripping water. I have sent emails and called, as it is almost 2 weeks and we still do not know the way forward. We had to move and the worst is that we do not have a bed to sleep on. The experience was very traumatic and where we would think the insurance will help, nothing happens. Can you please assist.
