Wasting Time
Since the 19th of January I have been waiting and dealing with the claims department! After I insisten on escalation they eventually say the evaluation certificate is not accepted as the Jewler and Deisgner wrote the certificate by hand! Not once diring the course of 3 weeks have they mentioned this, nor have they contacted the Jeweler to confirm authenticity, worst service ever and I am still paying for an item that has not been replaced
