Warranty cover
Terrible service with regards to our warranty, payment was to be made to our car service only for diagnotics so they can release our car to us but we are still waiting, tomorrow will be 3 days, their turnaround for payment is 24 to 42 hours!!! Thanks will definately be cancelling this policy.

24 Jan 2026, 10:55Yesterday i was told it was paid but you could not provide proof of payment cos firstly it was not yet printed and later your Financce Department went off already and will only be back on Monday??So this means our car stays the whole weekend at the Service providers due to your incompetence.Disgusting service!!All my emails to you guys and not a courtesy of a reply aside from Sanele late yesterday.Pathetic.
